Sales & Shipping

The products are shipped from Europe and may take up to 10 days before you receive them (in general it should be 4 to 8 days). We are currently in the process of expanding our shipping network to the USA in order to serve our customers faster. WE CURRENTLY SHIP WORLDWIDE INCLUDING TO THE USA.

Our product prices are in Euros/Dollars/Pounds and comprises taxes (VAT and other taxes are applicable), except for stated and excluded processes and shipping charges. In case of parcel dispatching to countries other than France/Monaco, the customer is responsible for all import related taxes that includes customs duty, as applicable in their state/country. They will be at your expense both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies of your country. It would be better for you to check these aspects with your local authorities.

Please note that we do not SHIP over the weekend. However your order will be processed immediately during the week.

In case of deliveries by post or transporter the company Dental Care Products cannot hold the responsibility of this delay because of the customer unavailability. In accordance with legal provisions in case of delivery delay the customer will be granted the right of cancelling his order under the terms and conditions provided by the Consumer Code of Monaco.

Dental Care Products cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product and not liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet, including a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Refunds & Returns

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at helpdesk@olivafix.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at helpdesk@olivafix.com and send your item to: Dental Care Products, 2 Boulevard du Jardin Exotique, 98000, Monaco.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
